POOR SERVICE!!!

Went there on saturday to have the ac charged. Was told that there is a leak in the condenser. Then they informed me that they did not have the equipment to fix it. The manager told me that I could take it to their service center in tupelo. When I told him that I work out of town and with my wife`s schedule she would not be able to bring it in during the week he told me that he could have someone from tupelo come get... view more it fixed it and return it the same day. It`s 2 o`clock on monday afternoon and the man has not called us yet. We were charged nearly 40 dollars just because they hooked up there hoses they use to insert the freon even though we did not get our ac fixed. We have always gone to this business for oil changes and even a transmission fluid change. They have lost us as customers permanently. The manager at this business gave me and my wife his word that he would call us this morning. It never happened.
