Had extensive hail damage to my brand new car during March 2013. Decided to go with Capitol in Flowood because they were very close to my house and seemed like a good business. I was terribly wrong. I took my car to them and they said since my car had no window damage and was drive-able I could keep my car, they would hold on to my check, and put me on a waiting list. Terrible, terrible idea. July rolls around and I`m still waiting. Called them the beginning of July to get an update and was told "We will have you in at the beginning of August." August 2 I call "Well I`m sorry but it looks like it`s going to be another month." Ask for my check back and find out they already cashed it even though they never turned a bolt on my car. And how long did it take them just to cut a check? Over a week. Terrible business, will never recommend
