What a waste of time ! Called 2 days ahead to purchase a set of tires. Gave the Rep. the tire size and model info and he checked his computer and said to call on the day of service for a time slot. On the day of service the person I spoke with was clueless about my request but took some more info and gave me a time slot. When I showed up at the store they did not have the tires to fit my vehicle in stock. tire rotation

Don`t expect the store to HONOR their committment/promise to do a free tire rotation when you purchase their tires. At the time of purchase I was told to come in anytime during Coopers working hours and I would get my tires rotated for free. I came in ONE AND A HALF HOURS before closing time and was turned away.
