AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This is the most crooked dealership on the coast. I bought a car there and had nothing but trouble. Every time I went back to the dealership, they promised to fix it and stalled...it sat on their lot for a total of two weeks before I decided to get it fixed myself out of need for transportation. I am in the process of working with my lawyer to sue them for a transmission that should have been covered under their shady worthless warranty.

I have been on the car hunt for weeks, I was greeted by Jeremy he was very helpful and he truly made me feel like he was working for me.
I enjoyed buying my new/used eclipse from Jeremy I cant say for the others but Jeremy was the best.

I had to endure rude voice mai...
I had to endure rude voice mails and text messaging from Simeon... obviously customer service was not included in his training.
My vehicle was NOT picked up on the scheduled pick up day. I had taken the day off and Suncoast did not even provide me the courtesy of calling to tell me the vehicle was not going to be picked up.
My receipt states I would pay a $250 deposit, but they charged me $300. Upon attempting ... view moreto dispute this with the Better Business Bureau, they still would not own up to that and refused to credit back the $50.
They have a money back guarantee that states if your vehicle is not picked up as scheduled, the deposit will be refunded... yeah, they don`t honor that guarantee, either.
This company is deceitful and dishonest. DO NOT do business with them.

DISGUSTED!!! The absolute worst customer service ever! The vehicle we bought was previously wrecked was lied to about any previous mechanical issues prior to me buying... I have been paying for the past 2 years over $330 a month for a piece of crap car... on top of putting in over another $2000 in repairs due to their lying . When I finally had my last straw was told BY SUN COAST I could bring the lemon back to them with no penalties .... that was a lie... Crooks. Will never go there again. They tried to sell me a car with a salvage title and pass it off as "minor damage from a fenderbender", even though carfax showed as totaled in a wreck.Thank God for Carfax!!! Do not trust anything they tell you.

this company will initially act as if you they care about your car needs when all they care about is seeing how much money they can talk you out of ... I was told by the manufacturer that I was sold a car that was unsafe to drive... and they told me too bad that was my problem
