Dishonest

I was in the area for 2 months at Keesler AFB and got an oil change here at Good Year. A few days later I popped my hood because my light came on in my car and saw that they had broke the handle on my my dip stick and had taped it back on with electrical tape. This busted piece had now caused the dipstick to not stay in and close properly. It was now sitting up out of the hole. Thanks for your honesty and not even te... view morelling me. You Could have atleast told me and offered to pay for a new dipstick.
