Found 2013 Armada online contact the dealership. The salesman Jerry S. called us back got our information & I told him how much i was willing to spend plus the trade-in of 2006 Armada. Dobbs Nissan cares about their customers!

My husband and I went to look at a car for our precious daughter. After looking at several used vehicles, we chose a very nice Sentra for her. Salesman, Jay King was very patient and kind helping us to choose the right car for her safety and one that will carry her to the next phase of her life! The best car buying experience ever :-) !

I recently purchashed the car of my dreams from Dobbs Nissan! My salesperson Robert K was very helpful, patient, and knowledgable concerning the vehicles features and options. Almost Perfect

I purchased my Nissan Altima in March. The service was absolutely wonderful. I sent the sales associate my information online with specific guidelines on what I could afford and that I didn`t have all day to spend up there while they negotiated costs with the lenders. They called me back after everything was settled to let me know that i could come and pick up my car at my convenience.. The sales associate called me ... view moreafter everything was settled and told what documents to bring to expedite the process. However, there was one bad experience. I traded my car in only to have the Sheriff knock on my door one morning, four months after purchasing the Nissan to inform me that they had located my previous car abandoned on the other side of town. Nissan never got the registration for my trade-in out of my name. The customer service is great but you need to follow up to ensure that they have gotten your trade-in out of your name.

My husband and I had been shopping around for a Nissan Murano for over two years. When we were finally ready to purchase one, we had a great deal of trouble finding the particular color that we wanted - Graphite Blue. After an online search, we found that what we wanted was in Memphis, Tennessee, at Dobbs Nissan, which is approximately 4 1/2 hours from home. Let me tell you, it was definitely worth the drive! Jim &q... view moreuot;Tank" Tankersley, our sales consultant, greeted us warmly when we walked in and immediately took us outside to look over the vehicle and take it for a test drive. Jim was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and told us about features that no other sales consultants had shown us in the two years we had been shopping around. When it came to negotiating the price, Roger (the sales manager) made us an awesome deal. Negotiating is usually uncomfortable and awkward, but not with Jim and Roger. I really feel like we paid a fair price for our Murano. When it came time to leave, Jim walked us out to the vehicle and took the time to answer all of our questions. He gave us his business card with his cell phone number and told us to call him anytime. You can`t beat service like that! This morning, he called to make sure everything was great and to see if we had any more questions. We love our LE Murano and are so happy to have made the drive! Thanks, Jim and Roger!

A Great Buying Experience!

Dobbs Nissan was very easy to work with. I shopped around to two other Nissan dealers and it took hours just to get a price. The guys at Dobbs Nissan gave me a price in just a few minutes and it was better then the prices it took me hours to get at the other places. I would recomend Dobbs Nissan.

Dobbs Nissan is Awesome!!

The previous review prompted me to leave my review about Dobbs Nissan. About 1 month ago I brought my Altima in that I purchased at Landers (big mistake, I should have bought from Dobbs. I found out later Dobbs was about 1,000.00 cheaper than Landers). I love my Altima but I did not like the service I was getting at Landers. They took their time with me and explained exactly what they were doing. Everything was out in the open (and cheaper than I expected). They have free drinks, free snacks and a nice waiting room. Their childrens play area was nice and stocked with childrens books! I guess you can`t please everybody, but I`m very pleased!!

This is the worst dealership in the city of Memphis. They lie about pricing and tell you to give them a high rating and lie about stuff you didn`t even receive. Jim Kerras is the best Nissan Dealer in Memphis.

DOBBS BEAT A CANNON DEAL!

Jim Peeler. THE salesperson to see @ Dobbs Nissan. Professional,courteous and WILL NOT give up until you are satisfied. The service was excellent! Even though it was the end of the month,deals on just about everything, interested buyers all over the parking lot. I was there most of the day but I`m not complaining-Jim was always attentive even though he was"" working up"" 3 or 4 different buyers at the same time.
