I have not been satisfied with...

I have not been satisfied with the service department. Always trying to nickel and dime, and recommending services that in my opinion are not necessary. They do not provide loaner cars and are not very quick in returning the car. Used a coupon for service once and it included an inspection. The invoice had around a $70 charge for an inspection. When I asked why that was not included in the coupon, I was told that the... view more inspection I was charged for was more thorough than the one on the coupon--they are both visual inspections. Hope it was worth it...I will never return, will never recommend and will never buy a car there.
