Boo, I bought a used tire from...

Boo, I bought a used tire from them once. Called and asked if they had a 185/65/14 they said yes, so i went down and went in and waited, they put the tire on, i paid and went out, took a glance at the tire, and they installed the wrong size they put a 195/65/14 i called this out to them and the guy says "we dont haver any 185`s but this is close enough" wtf, i asked for a 185 and they just picked something.... view more Then he wanted to charge me to remount my origional back on the rim so i could go elsewhere and get the tire i ASKED for..

Best service I`ve ever seen..

excellent service, very fast service, plus a nice and clean shop, very organized. Hard to come by these days. Well had a flat tire in the rain, this worker comes out in the rain and asked me if I need some help. They had me all fixed up quickly. The best service I`ve ever had out a tire shop........

FANTASTIC SERVICE, GREAT PRICES AND AMAZING TIRES

I WENT TO J AND J TIRE AND MUFFLER FOR 1 TIRE AND ENDED UP GETTING 4 USED TIRES THAT LOOKED LIKE NEW FOR THE SAME PRICE THAT EVERYONE ELSE WAS QUOTING FOR 1. THE SERVICE THERE WAS AMAZING, THE OFFICE MANAGER, TRISHA, WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND EXTREMELY SWEET AND THE MECHANIC`S HAD ALL FOUR TIRES ON IN LESS THAN 30 MINUTES. MY CAR HAS NEVER DROVE SO WELL! EVERYONE SHOULD GO AND VISIT THIS BUSINESS!

Let me start by saying that if any of what he has said was true we would not have been in business for 33 years! We have the fastest service, quailty work, curtious staff and Lowest Price Guaranteed! Best Service Ever

Besides their friendly attitudes and swift service, J and J`s work on my brakes and rotors was impeccable!!!! It took less time than anywhere else in town and at a fraction of the cost!!! I will be doing all my car business here!!!

An Amazing Experience and Lowest Prices

Awful Customer Service, Bad work, high prices.....

This is just the least of what goes on at this place. When you have to hire an off duty cop for security at a tire shop something ain`t right. I have never had such a bad experience anywhere in my life and I`ve had some bad expereinces. This place should not be allowed to continue operating the way they do.
