I had never used a body shop on my own but have been to one that my insurance covered and I had no choice of location. I was a bit nervous about using Oscars because they didn?ˆ™t have any negative reviews. In the end I wanted to support a local shop so I chose them. I have NO REGRET. They explained everything in detail, offered a few options for a solution, sent me pics since I was out of town, and were able to compl... view moreete the work within the estimated time frame. I feel good about the transaction and recommend them highly. Though I hope to not need their service again, if I am that unfortunate I will definitely go back to Oscars without a second thought.

Oscar Auto Body shop made my car repair experience extremely pleasant, quick and professional. It was also the most affordable option out of all the estimates I had received. I had injured my vehicle in an accident of my own fault with no self-coverage and was extremely distraught at the potential costs to fix my car and be fully confident driving it. My first move was to get an estimate at a shop closest to my a... view morepartment. After spending about an hour or so talking about random things as many Minnesotans do, I got an estimate of $2300 and at least 7 days to fix my car. Next, I went to a dealer where I received a similar quote. I then went to Oscar Auto Body, Inc and talked to Rameen, who was extremely professional and efficient. I noted my problems and my priorities. The estimate was at $600 or so and an one to two day turnaround. I was expecting further damage with the wiring of my headlights once they started working under the hood. This was true, it took them one extra day (for a total of two days) but somehow the total bill came right under/less than the estimate. The body of work was great, everything was what I expected to be and nothing less. All in all, it was the best experience with a mechanic that I have had thus far. I go to Oscar first and refer people to them. I am extremely impressed by the professionalism displayed by Rameen and commend him on running such a great neighborhood business. note: this is the same as my google review

Excellent Service!

All the good things you read about this place are true. The service is amazing; the work is impeccable; and the price is right! Ramin treats each of his customers like a good friend. I highly recommend this place!

Best customer service EVER!

A few months ago I was in a car accident that totaled my car. As I am waiting for the tow truck to come I searched for a place for it to be brought to. Oscars had the best reviews and now I know why! I received the best customer service I have ever experienced! Ramin had a car rental already for me when I arrived and worked with my insurance company to pay for the tow truck.

My vehicle was totaled by the... view more insurance company, Ramin walked me through my different options and I always felt like they were looking out for my best interest. I decided to keep my car and it looks better then it did before it went in the shop.

I can`t say enough good things about my experience there, I would highly recommend this place!!

Outstanding Service

I was in an accident that every body shop I went to or sent pictures to said I would have to have over $1500 worth of repairs. I brought it to Ramin at Oscar and he said I had been over quoted on the repairs and explained to me exactly why I needed the repair and what he could do for a lower price than replacing any quarter panel or bumper that every other shop wanted me to pay for. In the end, I got my car back an... view mored it was gorgeous and you can`t tell anything ever happened to it. Oscar Auto Body really made an annoying situation a feasible one, they were professional, honest and made me feel that they were looking out for me and not just trying to swindle me for a few bucks. I won`t take my car anywhere else in the future, it`s a plus that it`s been a local business run by the same family since it was opened. Support local business!
