Absolutely horrible customer service

If it were possible to give no stars I would. We reserved a U-Haul for 9 am but when we got there to pick it up the employee was standing out in the parking lot on a personal call. After waiting for about 15 minutes we finally asked if we could pick up our reservation and he cussed us out and said that he would no longer rent the truck to us. All because we asked if we could pick up the truck when we had a guaranteed... view more pickup time and had to be across town to deliver something? Should have known something was up when no one would ever answer the phone and we finally had to go by the office just to book the reservation. I can`t vouch for their auto repair service but with this sort of customer service I wouldn`t recommend them to my worse enemy.
