On August 10, 2012, I purchased a ShoreStation boat lift and canopy from the owner of J & R Auto, Rich Rasmusson for the amount of $1800.00. Rich convinced us of what an excellent deal we were getting, however, when we got the lift home and began to assemble it, there was a piece missing, which makes the canopy useless. I immediately contacted Rich, who repeatedly promised to resolve the problem over the course... view more of the next month. However, as the weeks stretched on, and I continued to be persistent, Rich began to change his tune, and say the missing piece was not his reponsibility. Today, after 6 weeks of giving me the run-around, on 9/22/2012, Rich told me he has no intention of getting me the piece, or refunding some money that I may purchase the piece myself.
