Terrible customer service, and products sucks. Bought 16" simulators for my trailer and ya they looked nice but the first trip out we saw one come off on the highway. Luckily we saw it and was able to get it. Called and asked about it and and they said nothing they could do. Next trip today and got 30 miles from home and the same one came off again, and luckily once again we saw it and got it. Keep going and 50 ... view moremiles later noticed that two were gone and we didn`t see them so we are now out 2 simulators and the one keeps falling off yet. Called them again and they said sorry about your luck. AND YES WE ORDERED THE RIGHT SIZE. Don`t buy from them!!!!!

I don`t know much about cars or wheels for that matter but I apparently have a weird vehicle because the wheels that are supposed to be on it are not. I worked with Paul at HH Auto and could not find the wheel I needed. Paul had me text him a picture of my wheel and come to find out, I have Pontiac wheels on my Saturn. People are quick to write bad reviews but seldom take the time to compliment someone or a business on a job well done. I had been searching for a hard to find wheel for more than a month. I spoke to Steve at Hubcap Haven and he told me they didn`t have what I needed but he would call me back if he found one. I doubted this would happen. Two days later, Steve called back and let me know they had a wheel come in.... view more I received the wheel in 3 days. It was in perfect condition.
