Lazy disregard for the simple things.

I went in for a basic oil change, which included a check-up on fluids & air filter. The oil change was done with no issues, and they asked if I would like to change my air filter, which I declined. So they put it back..... but failed to snap the air filter cover back on completely, along with all the hoses that had to be unsnapped to access the air filter. I know it`s nit-picky, but it`s the simple things tha... view moret can get you. I wouldn`t go back, simply because of the lazy disregard for these ""simple things.""
