Deceptive.....

Got a discount coupon at Cub for an oil change at Precision Tune. Seemed like a good deal. Went to Precision Tune and they didn`t want to honor the rate on the coupon but only offer money off their highest priced oil change. Confused but I agreed to go ahead anyway. When finished with the oil change, they said my car was unsafe and needed immediate repairs. Since I was already suspicious with the bait and swi... view moretch dealing with the coupon, I declined the repairs. Brought my car to a mechanic and they told me none of the repairs needed to be done. My car only had 70,000 miles on it and was still in good operating and mechanical condition. Precision Tune wanted over $300 for unneeded repairs. Word to the wise, be careful.

Horrible Customer Service

When I dropped off my vehicle for a simple oil change and tire rotation i was given an estimate of 90 minutes. After 3.5 hours I finally complained (after watching through the window and not seeing anyone lay a hand on my car). The desk clerk started to argue with me rather than take me seriously. This was one of the most frustrating retail experiences of my life, due to their lack of attention. Clearly they don`... view moret care. Go somewhere else, avoid the jerk behind the counter.
