Horrible service

Attitude Kings! Horrible customer relations. I had to call AAA 3 times before they would tow my vehicle out of my parking lot. Because there was snow around the tires they refused to tow it twice claiming that ""damage may result"". How AAA can recommend these guys I don`t know.
