They`ll have to survive without me

I spent $400 one day in parts. One part didnt work. Instead of telling me to come back so they could replace it, or have it removed, they asked me what I did to cause it to break. For ten minutes on the phone, it was repeated to me. I had the part inspected, and found out it never worked in the condition I purchased it. So, they`ll have to get along without me as a cash customer. Thanks
