Incompetent shop! Three times is the reason to shop elsewhere. 1st example, misplace performance tires and they give me mismatched tires. 2nd example, forgot to tighten oil plug after oil change where I had to add 3 quarts after vehicle was serviced the day prior for an oil change. 3rd example, misplaced tire after bringing in rim for repairs.
