professionalism, courtesy and consideration

Dean, the service manager at Tom Holzer, handled a difficult drivability issue with professionalism, courtesy and consideration. He kept me up to date on discussions with Ford Motor Company on how to fix the intermittant problem I experienced, he arranged for a service loaner, and he was supportive and empathetic throughout the whole process. Jeremiah and the whole staff are very accommodating. I`ve bought 3 cars now, and may be buying a 4th quite soon. The main reason I chose to start doing business there is the fact that they outbid other dealers for the $$ paid for my trade in. I never lease, so that`s my bargaining chip.
