AWFUL JUST AWFUL

EXTENDED WARRANTY IS A SCAM!! Wants to charge $$$ for work that I could get for a 1/4 of their price, then when I declined for not wanting to get reamed, they charged me $48.00 for test driving the car to find what the problem was. Screwed one way or another by BILL BROWN FORD! GUESS WHERE IM NOT BUYING MY NEW F150 FROM?? :) LOST CUSTOMER AND MANY REFERRALS OVER $50
