What???

Took my car there, good first impression. They took panel apart to give me quote. Found broken pieced (plastic) when I picked up car on the floor. Panel is loose now. Suggested to "drill a hole and put a screw through it". WHAT????

More damage than repair

An employee gave me a ride back to work. He slammed the passenger door into the sidewalk and scratched it. Once I approached him about it, he smiled and said "just a little bit". Very funny! I mentioned it to the owner, they patched up the damage, but then told me to get paint and redo it myself. Not a single word of apology. Guess who puts all the dings in your car when parked. Here`s one!
