Diagnosed my problem wrong and charged me $260. When I got home I fixed what I thought was wrong with it and all my problems were solved. They didnt realize that my computer would have reset if i had enough power to the vehicle, so they spent two and a half hours trying to figure out why my limp home light wouldnt go off. They told me my battery was bad, but it isnt I changed the alternator and got the battery te... view morested at auto zone, battery was good. They tested the old alternator at auto zone and it immediately failed, Bi-State told me the alternator wasnt bad yet. They should have known that changing the alternator would have fixed everything, maybe they did but just needed to get some work in the shop since they told me they have been slow. In my opinion a certified shop should have been more knowledgeable. I wish I wouldnt have stopped here.
