Don`t use this shop!

My car had been rearended and obviously needed my bumpers replaced. AAA recommended Dependable Collision. Based on their recommendation, we took my car there for the estimate & repairs. I needed both bumpers replaced upon inspection. I was told my car would be ready in 5 days. Within that 5 day period we were told we also needed our exhaust replaced as it was also damaged and we would get our car back within anot... view moreher week or so. I got my car back 12 days later and with over 1800 miles added to the odometer and an empty juice box in the door pouch!!! Needless to say, I am more than ticked off that while I was driving their piece of crap loaner, they were putting over 100 miles per day on my car that was suppose to be "in the shop"!!! I would NOT recommend this place and my first call will be to my insurance company and then to find out what I can do about reporting that they were stealing my car day after day & driving all over town. Unless you don`t mind the body shop guys sporting your wheels, then I would stay away from here. 1800 miles in 12 days while in the shop..Huh, just crazy.
