Horrible. Apparently this is the go-to for the Michigan State Police and I can see why. They wouldn`t tow it to my house or shop of choice then declined to tell me about &quot;storage fees&quot; and other fees on top of it until 24 hours later. When I had another tow company retrieve it (my car is worth more as scrap than the tow fee, thank you) they spent the entire time hooking it up trashing me or AAA. If they must tow your car due to the police whim go to their shop immediately and pay it or insist on getting it sent to a local shop. This family will not be good to yours.

Fast and friendly

I was broke down on I-96 in Brighton. I made 1 call to Pardiac towing and within 15 min they arrived with a flatbed. The driver was clean, professional and helpful with deciding on a local repair shop. I would recommend them to anyone!
