Awesome/Honest Customer Service

This was my first encounter with this business. I recently dropped car off for what I thought was a heater core problem. Windshield fogging up in the morning. Talked with Hugh (manager) and he assured me that they would check the heater core and if it needed to be replaced, cost would be about $400. The mechanics took the time to check the entire cooling system and after numerous tests including a pressure test, ... view morefound the thermostat was the problem....NOT the heater core. The cost was less expensive and we have not had a problem since. It sure is nice to know that an honest company still exists. They could have just replaced the heater core...and I would have still had the fogging problem. For going the extra mile on this one repair, I now have an auto repair company that I will return to for years to come. Thanks Hugh and the rest of the crew!!
