I love this place. I bought a used Terrain (which I LOVE) from them. With my warranty I had a couple of things that needed fixing, and everything has been done with no hassle. I have never had this experience with a dealership before. They answer all my questions, are great to interact with and even gave me a rental. Ask for Carol! I highly recommend this place.

Below Average Oil Change

I had received 4 free oil changes for having a Pontiac car. I had taken it to Jim Waldron for my first of 4 and unfortunately they left the drain plug undone about a 1/4 turn causing oil to leak out. I spoke with their service manager regarding this and he just said that he`d love for me to come and get my other oil changes there, unfortunately that will not happen.

Jim Waldron`s used car staff is the best I have ever dealt with.

I drove from E. TN to Davison to purchase a GMC Sierra 3500. Considering the long misreable trip the dealership made the transaction a wonderful experience! There was no waiting, and the paper work exactly as stated! I was back on the road to TN with my Vehicle in record time!
