I shopped around forever at a lot of other dealerships but I ended up buying at Graff because they gave me the best deal. Everyone was really nice and helpful except the girl salesman who does all the internet stuff. She was very rude and unpleasant towards me when I tried to get some information on a couple cars online and also rudely ignored me when I came into the dealership. Everyone else made me feel right at ho... view moreme though!! I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from Graff in Durand but just don`t deal with the girl!!

My elderly mother just got seriously scammed by these clowns. Highly unrecommended.
