HORRIBLE CHEATER Dont go there. Today I got some used tires and just horrible customer service. There was customers walking in and he would greet them in a very rude manner. Whitney You really need to think before you speak and start being more proffessianal. He is one of the biggest cheater and I would even reccomend this place even if he was the cheapest in town. You get what you pay for. This shop is the only shop I`ll take my car to in YPSILANTI. It`s been that way since I moved here 6 years ago. I understand what other people say about paying more here, and I`m just fine with the higher dollar amount because I`m getting incredible quality, great warranties and like Muhammad said, I`m getting trust. Dave and the guys as Whitneys Auto have never tried to hike up prices wit... view moreh me. In fact, I find that they`re often open to a little friendly, reasonable compromise if you are on a tight budget. If all you`re looking for is a quick fix for your problem, by all means, take your vehicle somewhere else because you might be able to save a couple bucks. But if you are investing in your vehicle, and you understand that quality is worth some extra money, this is your place. I think their longevity speaks for itself in that respect.

OPEN ON EASTER!! WOAH talk about saving me for Monday- I came to see my great aunt in Whitney`s town and a wha wha wha smoke came from under my hood at exit 181 west bound I-94- I used my yp.com mobil application and these fellows were litterly right arounf the conor and fixed me right up. Now in all fairness i am a board licensed anthesilogist so unlike a lot of you reading this I understand the expense I getting... view more things handled and found it very realsonable the amound I paid Whitney. No im sure if I had to fumble past my bridge card an my life savings amounted to 47 dollars and 27 cents I would have felt Dizzy at the $235.96 it cost to get my car fixed. I guess in closing my message to you is- KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK WHITNEY AUTO SERVICE.

have had several repairs and maintenance stops done at Whitney`s and they have done a great job - even took care of a small problem when we rolled into the driveway after hours on Saturday and one of the owners was inside doing paperwork.
