After waiting 4 weeks and having to fight to pay only what was agreed to, which was too much anyway, I am a little put out by the service and quality that this shop has to offer. From the very beginning I was placed with one mechanic as my contact. No one else would talk to me regarding my car, and every time I talked to this person, I felt as if I was being lied to. He quoted me a price, but after making him break ... view moreit down for me I found that he was trying to overcharge me by $500. After settling on the correct amount, I arrived to pick up my car after 4 weeks and the bill was made for $100 more than we had agreed to. Luckily the woman who works there fixed the price based on my notes of what I had discussed and agreed to. That was about the only positive thing I could say. In the next couple of days I started noticing issues: my door handle was broken and my exhaust was a lot worse than when I brought the car in. I was pretty furious at the whole situation and will not be taking my cars back there, ever.
