RUINED MY ENGINE!
My car is three years old. I brought it in for an oil change to Muffler Man in Grandville for the first time. The man who `waited` on me was extremely rude, not saying more than two words to me. Two months later, a loud ticking noise was coming from my engine. I took it in to a GM dealership and they said the oil filter they gave me was deteriorating and pieces of the filter got caught in my oil passage. Therefore, p... view morearts weren`t getting lubricated causing the ticking. My engine is getting damaged because of this. I called the manager, and he said that`s not their problem and there is no way that could have happened. They can expect a law suit if they don`t own up to their mistakes.
