Horrible experience

I had my car at fox collision after an accident, I was told it would take one week but ended up taking 5 weeks because they did not do a complete check of the car when they first got it and ended up needing more parts 3 weeks into the job, they were very rude when I called about the car and did not feel that they should do anything to compensate me for this delay that was their fault, I finally had them waive my dedu... view morectible for all my troubles and then when I picked up the car they said that I was lying and they never said that they would waive the deductible. Then when I finally got the car back I found that there were still problems that they had not fixed, even though they had the car for 5 weeks and most of the time it was just sitting there waiting for parts. I would strongly not recommend them to anyone!!!
