Reviews:

Outstanding Service and Quality
About one month ago my 2002 Mustang GT Convertible experienced some paint and body damage. Westland Car Care was referred to me by a co-worker. Upon arriving at the shop I was greeted by Jeremy who was very eager to review the car and provide (what I found to be) a very honest assessment of the work needed to bring the cars paint and body back to like new condition. Jeremy provided several paint and body repair op... view moretions along with his professional recommendation.
After reviewing the options and costs we reached an agreement on the work required. I in no way felt pressured to go with options that may have been overkill and not necessarily benifiticial. Jeremy and Bobby took time to explain to me the details of the work at hand and the specifics regarding the materials used (water based paint vs solvent based, etc).
I was very impressed with the outcome of the vehicle and the level of professionalism and `pride in workmanship` demonstrated Jeremy and his co-workers. In my opinion Westland Car Care strives to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
I would definitely recommend them for paint and body repair.

awful
I called my automobile roadside assistance service for a tow, and they said a tow truck would arrive between 40 - 70 minutes. 75 minutes later, the towing company dispatcher called me to say they were on their way and would be another 30 minutes. A few minutes after that, roadside assistance called to see if my tow truck came, and I informed them of the call I just received. They told me to call them back if the t... view moreow truck didn`t arrive. I called back three times, every 30 minutes, and each time roadside assistance called the towing company, who kept saying it`d be 30 minutes, 30 minutes, and then finally saying they weren`t going to make it. Elapsed time that I spent in my broken car, at night, in below-freezing temperatures of 10F, was 3 hours. I called this morning to give management at Westland Car Care the opportunity to make the situation right, and was given the runaround by the receptionist, who did not give me her name and would not connect me to a manager. She claimed that I told roadside assistance to cancel the tow truck 90 minutes after the initial call, and argued with me when I explained to her that this was not what happened at all. When I asked why I would cancel a tow truck if I was still stranded in my car, and why roadside assistance would take three more calls from me in the meantime (do we assume they were pretending to call Westland Car Care to check up on the ETA?), she went on a rant about how this was a problem I would have to address with roadside assistance, not with them. She said they could try to tow my car this morning, but it would be a 2-3 hour wait. No apology, no remorse, and no consideration. She did say that because I was in a safe place and not injured, other calls took priority--when I asked why I wasn`t told this last night, she said that she didn`t work last night and couldn`t answer. My repeated requests to speak to a manager were declined. If they couldn`t provide service, they should have simply said so. I would have then had the opportunity to find a reliable, reputable company who could be bothered to fulfill their commitment.

Outstanding
Last Year while taking my 1959 Pontiac Bonneville out of storage I missed judge my turn and scraped the right door and rear fender,Needless to say I was almost in shock. The thought of finding A place I could trust to repair and match the paint had me in a tizzy.
I took it to afew local shop`s and was not happy with them and the way they wanted to do the job.
I went to Westland Care Care and was greeted by Je... view moreremy Wynohradnyk with a friendly smile and a hand shake. He looked over the damage and even called out the bump and paint guy`s to look it over and express there opion on how it should be handled.
The cost of the repair was very very reasonable compaired to the other places I had been and the people there seemed to be very conserned about the repair and color match.
They did an outstanding job,Friends of mine could not find the repaired spot or see any differance in the color.
Hopefully I wont need there service again but if I do They are my first and only choice.
Thank`s Again Joe

WESTLAND CARE CARE collision
I own a Very rare Cougar Eliminator. This Bright orange high dollor classic had got some dings and slight body damage. Body work and paint match was so important. It could mean the differance of thousands of dollors. Being a high dollor car other shops were going to charge me tons for the repairs and thier workmenship was in question? My friend had some repair work done on his Custom painted Harley. I saw the d... view moreamage and thought the repair was going to cost thousands but WESTLAND CAR CARE collision..not only did they matched his paint and it turned out perfict. Plus the cost of the repair was under a thousand! So that gained my trust. When I took my car for repair work they did a perfict job and the price was also way under a thousand! they also did some repairs that were not covered by the estiment. I couldn`t be any happier with this collision shop and will always recomend them!
