They actually look at U as a human, repairs are done well and if any problem occurs they fix it promptly. Have had them fixing my car for over a decade and just recently I thought I needed a clutch but found out needed a new tranny as well. i sold the car as is and they charged me half price for the tear down and amazingly he discounted me to put every thing back to be able to sell it as is.
