I came in yesterday asking for an oil change, heater repair and to have a fuel leak patched up in the nozzle hose. They had a waiting list so I had to wait until today to have it looked at, which was no big deal. I got a call from one of their techs(Joe) today stating that they couldn`t work on my truck because it has a rusted out coil spring mount. I asked Joe what was wrong with the heater and where the fuel leak w... view moreas, since I was going to have to do the repairs myself, and he had no idea and stated that he hadn`t done the diagnostics yet. I stopped in to pick my truck up and, I kid you not, I was charged for the $85.00 in diagnostic fees that he had done AFTER he told me that they refused to work on my truck. They could do this but not the services that I had asked for, to include something as simple as an oil change. I can`t believe this shop is even in business with that kind of service. I wouldn`t recommend this place to anyone. There are so many other reputable places in the area that will be straight with you. If you, for whatever reason, find yourself in a situation where you have to use this shop you should be sure before hand that you are not working with Joe.
