Horrible service from their Service Dept. Very lazy and unfriendly when it comes to questions about your automobile. They dont inform you about anything invovling ur vehicle without coming up with some ridiculous number to charge you for the answer.

Orrin B. Hayes is the place to take your car!!! Whether it is just a lube and oil that is needed or a complete body job after an accident, this is the place to trust your car with! They are amazing people who care about your car as well as you! My family and I have been taking our cars there for the 26 years we have lived in Kalamazoo and have NEVER been disappointed!
