Love this tow company esp. a worker named Malik! blew a flat was stranded @ a ghetto gas station with angry drunk men. motor city showed up within 8 minutes of me calling and got me back on the road and safe within 10mins. the tow driver even followed up n made sure i got to my destination safely and provided me with info on where to get the best rates for a new rim

RIPPED OFF

I HAD MY FRONT DIFFERENTIALS FIXED ANS LESS THAN 90 DAYS LATER IT WENT OUT AGAIN. AND AFTER GOING UP TO THE SHOP AND GETTING THE RUN AROUND I WAS TOLD I WAS OUT OF LUCK. NOW IM IN THE PROCESS OF SUEING THE COMPANY FOR MY MY $1300 SPENT TO BEGIN WITH. Unresponsible

I was told that i would get a free diagnostic check and brake inspection among other things as i dished out $500 dollars over to them... the only thing i got was more problems with my car and told that i didnt get any checks cuz no one told him inparticular.
