NEVER GO HERE!!!! Went in for steering column and lrft with no turn signals, no brake lights, no heating control, no alarm sound, could only turn engine off by using our remote starter!!!! The place took 3wks to fix everything. Never take any vehicle there please.

AVOID! Took a Ford Windstar van there for a new starter (had to pay for a tow despite their ?ˆ?Free Towing?ˆ? claim). Was charged an extra $10 for using a credit card (they don?ˆ™t accept checks). Here?ˆ™s the kicker: the van wouldn?ˆ™t start the morning after it was repaired. Called Prince Collision, was told ?ˆ?it was fine when it left here.?ˆ? I was promised a call back by a mechanic ?ˆ“ that never came. Finally took it to a diff... view moreerent repair shop. The mechanic there found that the starter had been installed incorrectly, so it shorted out. Had to pay for a new starter + labor all over again. Prince Collision is TERRIBLE!
