A few months ago, 3 times I went back to get the correct item I purchased online. They kept saying it was the same thing, only packaged different...it was a different color, different design, different manufacturer, different name, and different item. I pointed this out, and the guy still tried to tell me it was the same thing. Then as I was leaving, he went over to the tire mechanics and started joking about it. Poo... view morer service? Unprofessional? Absolutely!
