Do NOT bring your car here! They repaired a leak in my tire and stripped one of my lug nuts in the process. I took the car back and they damaged the rim trying to get it off. They refused to replace the rim. When asked for a receipt the manager said "that`s not going to happen", When insisting for a receipt I was told "to shut the f--- up". I only gave this place 1 star because I could not leave 0 stars.

they ripped me off and charged...

they ripped me off and charged me way more for my brake pads..whats more is they screwed my exhaust too..it was fine when i went there...very mean and dishonest stay away.....!

AWFUL! DISHONEST! STAY AWAY!!!

I dropped my car off for a simple oil/filter change which they said would take an hour - when I came back, my car was lofted up and in pieces. They tried to tell me they found several other problems they wanted to fix right away during an inspection that I never asked for. My dad had already checked my car the night before and found none of these problems. Two men proceeded to be VERY rude to me, told me I was being... view more irrational when I questioned the problems, and patronized me (&quot;sweetheart&quot; and &quot;honey&quot;). When I called my dad to talk to them for me, the manager was VERY rude to him as well and told him he did a poor job raising me. I would NEVER recommend this dishonest, rude place.

Superior Service

As plain as I can put it, Pilgrim has the best service in town bar none! I love the fact they`re open sunday, have A.S.E. certified techs and HAVE USED TIRES!! It seems like I can never afford new tires, it`s just great that they do. I would definately recommend them to anyone needing service on their car!

Dishonest People!

They scratched my rim mounting a tire. And now they don`t admit it. I know for a fact that the rim was flawless when i brought it in. Do not got there. If something happens they will just keep it with Shaggy: &amp;quot;It wasn`t me&amp;quot;. And that i should stop blaming him for my mistakes.

Exceptional Customer Service

Took my car to Pilgrim Automotive (Firestone) to get a noise in my front end checked. Being from out of town on a Sunday, I thought I was out of luck for sure. Pilgrim Automotive is open 7 days to help keep us motoring down the road. These people are very friendly and the service was way above anything I could ever expect. My car needed an air conditioning compressor. Being a newer car the part was only availabl... view moree from the dealership. It would have to wait until the dealership opened on Monday. They found a technical service bulletin on my car and somehow arranged for my repair cost and even a rental car to be covered under warranty by my dealership in Chicago. They even had a rental car delivered on Sunday so we were able to stay overnight with family about 30 miles away, instead of a motel. The repair was completed on Monday by 12 noon, just as promised. This is the most professional, caring, and honest shop I`ve ever been to. I wish they had a Pilgrim Automotive in Chicago.
