I would rate it as Highway Robbery if I could....

My car was broken into. The thief, unable to get in through the door lock, smashed the window instead (the door could still be opened and locked from within the car). I called Ocean Glass to fix the window. A complete hack of a worker was sent. While he replaced the window, he broke off something inside the door, admitted to bending a component in the door, broke off the lock feature, and recklessly banged, prodded a... view morend scraped trying to open it. The owner promised to fix the problem if I paid that day and brought in the car the next day. After getting multiple assurances, promises, and HIS WORD that it would be completed, the next day he refused to fix the door once it had been taken apart. He completely lied to my face, did what he had to do in order to get his money and absolutely screwed me. Run far away from this place!
