I HIGHLY recommend you drive the extra few miles to Prime Audi of Westwood, Herb Chambers Burlington is not even in the same ballpark when it comes to sales, service, and an the overall experience you should expect when buying such a prestigious make of car as Audi. Audi Westwood is much cleaner, the staff is far more helpful and happier that you are there. You are treated like a burden at Herb Chambers Burlingto... view moren, like you are wasting their time. Another great feature at Prime Westwood is that they give a brand new Audi loaner car, and free Gas! You do not even have to fill it up. I had a loaner for over a week from Herb Chambers Burlington, it was an Enterprise rent a car (Old stripped down Chrysler) that I had to pay insurance and gas for. It is pretty sad when you drive up in an Audi and leave with a Chrysler with hubcaps and no sunroof. I will not make this mistake again, and hope to help a few other people out. When you are spending this kind of money, a dealership that appreciates you makes a big difference!
