I just cant beleive they crash...

I just cant beleive they crashed my vehicle into the pit hole. Very bad service . I waited 1 hr to get a tow truck . Once they took my vehicle out of the hole / net it had a bent control arm and I couldn`t drive it home. They fixed it 4 weeks later it was just a horrible nightmare.
