We`ve been a customer of VIP in Watertown for three years. We have our fleet of service vehicles maintained and repaired at VIP. We use VIP for tires, brakes, suspension and other regular wear and repair items.

We compared our pricing with VIP to all the other service facilities we`ve tried. No comparison! VIP pricing beats them all by a significant margin.

They stand behind their work 100%. Their warranties are great. They always work with us to keep our fleet in top condition for the lowest cost.

Ali and his service team make sure our vehicles stay on the road generating the maximum revenue. We have had less downtime and better performance.

highly recommend

I needed new tires for my Mini and I really wanted to improve the ride. I kept putting it off because I was so busy at work and didn`t have a minute, but the tires were on my mind. I rode by VIP in Watertown the other day and on a whim pulled in. They were so nice! I spoke with Alie about how I could improve the ride and the best tires for what I wanted. So easy! My car rides so much better and I can go back every 6 months for a rotation at no charge and at the same time get my oil changed. I feel like a got a great deal and fabulous service.
