I recently spent a lot of time looking for a pre owned vehicle to purchase. I decided that the Infiniti EX35 was the car I wanted. After doing research on Cars.com, and autotrader, I came across Boston Foreign Motor. The salesman I worked with was very nice, and everyone at the dealership made me feel comfortable. I was not pressured into buying a car, they left it completely up to me. Now I do not have the best credit in the world, but they were able to get me approved, and at a lot better interest rate than I thought. I picked the car up two days later and have been extremely pleased with my purchase. I have already recommended them to friends and family because it was by the far the best experience I have had purchasing a vehicle. Milad showed me a few vehicles i was interested in, went over a budget with me (which other salesman wouldn`t even care. they want to sell you the biggest $ for their purposes only), made sure i was comfortable with my monthly payments, and not to mention gave me the highest amount for my trade in. & lets remember.. i am a female, clueless about this whole process. never did i feel he was trying to jip me, or play me for a fool. He made sure i understood everything and made sure i was comfortable with everything. i traded in my 2006 Honda civic for a beautiful PRE-OWNED 2008 Acura tsx (full package navi, sunroof the full 9 yards). its now 2012 and i haven`t even needed to bring my car to a mechanic. i get my regular oil change maintenance when needed and that`s all. since, i have referred numerous people to Boston foreign motors, and each one has had the same experience as i have and are just as happy if not more (as they have purchased higher brands (BMW) with their purchase. they work with people regardless of your credit, your trade in... they are willing to bend over backwards for you and get the vehicle you deserve.

Their finance manager Milad approved me within minutes with one of their major banks with an exceptionally low rate. Did not expect that rate at all (1.9%). The factory warranty on the car was expiring soon, decided to purchase extended warranty which has been extremely worthy to me since used it on my previous cars that I purchased from them. I bought a car from Boston Foreign Motors, in June 2011. And I can honestly say this, DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. Along with the car, they insisted that we purchase the extended warranty through them. We trusted them and went as they recommended. This year (almost after a year) I called the warranty company because I had an issue with the car and came to find out that the warranty did not even exist. After going back and forth.. Milat finally confessed that he had forgotten to put the warranty in the system and that he would do it that day. However I had to wait two weeks to file a claim. Milat was supposed to call us back to confirm and never did. My husband and I called him many times and each time ..we were told that he was either not in the office or away from his desk. It was at that moment my husband and I decided to confront him in his office When confronted, Milat asked us to leave his office and that he would not help us. I told him the reason why we were so upset was because I have an infant that I need to take to the doctor pretty often for check ups and that I was concerned that the car might be unsafe to drive. He showed no remorse and ordered us to leave his office. He clearly told us that he would not help us. We are considering taking him to the court.
