steering wheel went off road

I brought my vehicle to Sullivan tire because I failed a safety inspection. It was due to the windshield wiper lever that was broken. I left my vehicle to be repaired and paid the bill. $183.00`s. The next day I felt the steering wheel sticking. I notified Sullivan tire. Before I could get my vehicle there, the steering wheel froze somewhat and veered me off the road. They fixed my car, but didn`t seem to care what I went through.
