Get your estimates in writing on all repairs. Been told one price and then charged another with unnecessary diagnostics and inflated labor costs. Will never bring a car there again.

look before you buy

bought a truck, got it for 2,500 under asking price, told it was a great truck with 25k, works fine, just a hole in the muffler. Called and wanted to buy it, said its ready, come get it! drove 2.5 hrs, oh well its not ready yet.. took three trips total to get it, and when we did we had to camp in the office for 6 hours. on the way home the oil pressure started dropping to 0 out and pop back up... they had just driven... view more it to Boston no way they didn`t know that issue, but b/c we had to wait 6 hours they were now closed... its not been 20 days and we have had several problems and its in the shop now because the muffler hole turned out to be a totally faulty exhaust system and the oil pump is going to need replacing. hopefully that`s it, its a nice truck and we pray there are no more surprises. but customer service was terrible after they knew we wanted to buy the truck. If you take your perspective purchase and have it really checked out by an independent mechanic before you buy you?ˆ™ll be fine, but be careful.
