bought a new 2004 toyota 7 years ago.got a solicitation last week to buy a new 2011 model. i am happy with toyota vehicles, however,when car was 3 weeks old a viser clip broke and these pikers insisted on a $7 charge to replace it. also promised to mail back $10 to my wife for merchandise she purchased when they couldn`t change a $20 bill. will never buy from them again, gene & claire silverman.
