Worst Dealership Anywhere... Cars aren`t that great either!!

They will Lie and tell you everything you want to hear, just to get you out of the door. After than, you`re on your own.

I purchased a brand new 2005 TL, I`ve had 4 transmissions, 2 navigation systems, 2 cd/stereo units, 2 heat shields, 2 intermediate shafts, several rotors and calipers, 2 rear decks, headlight bulbs, and much much more replaced on the car... And neither Clair where I purchased the car nor A... view morecura want to do anything about it.

After replacing the transmission the first time, they told me that I shouldn`t bring my car back to them, and that I should go to a different dealership. That`s quality service!! Way to stand behind the cars they sell!!

I highly recommend you don`t buy an Acura (at least a TL, from what I`ve experienced). But if you are going to buy an Acura, definitely AVOID CLAIR ACURA!! Ask around, there`s plenty of people who will tell you the same.

OK deal but lied to make the sale

Unfortunately, I had the famous negative `car sales` experience. On the upside I got a pretty good deal on a car they had on the lot. BUT there was a quiality item I had read about my car that concerned me. They commmitted they would `take care of the issue` if it came up and essentially they just flat out lied to me to make the sale. No less than 2 months later the issue came up and they simply would not honor their... view more agreement. I dont have time for organizations like this and would never recommend them.
