I would say that when it comes to my cars I am one particular individual. In my opinion its the details that make the difference. Some people may be ok with a sub-par repair or paint job, or just not care much how their ride looks - This is not the case with me. I recently brought one of my cars to D-and-D after it was involved in a front end collision. Not only was their customer service above expectations, but ... view morethey also took the time to walk me through the entire repair process and bared the burden of negotiating compensation direct with my insurance company. There was full communication throughout the process and deadlines which they set were not only met, but came in ahead of time. When I picked my car up after the work was completed the car was immaculate. The damage was repaired and the paint matched perfectly (not easy with a metal flake). Additionally, there were a few little items that were addressed that other shops would have overseen (Such as taking the time to refurbish my headlights and fully detail the exterior). This vehicles body is now in better shape then when I bought it...It is truly an art form which D-and-D has perfected. Highest recommendations.

Daryl and Craig did a spectacular job in repairing my car. Since the car was fairly new when I had my accident I wondered how or if it could be repaired and made to look new again. The quality of the work done exceeded all my expectations. It is impossible to tell that it was ever repaired. It looks like new.

I appreciate how quickly the repairs were started and how much care was put in to fix it perfectly. Th... view moree work was done far more quickly than anyone else would have been able to do. It is obvious they know their business well.

D & D autobody is amazing. They are professional, kept me updated on my car the entire time they had it, even allowing me to come in and see the progress that was being made throughout it being there. I had my custom 350z hood fly up on me and crush my roof and bent my fenders.. they got the parts and matched the color exactly to the custom paint, they were able to order the exact carbon fiber hood and reinforced it ... view moreso that it wouldn`t fly up again and made my car look even better then when i bought it.. They deffinatly go way above and beyond expectations and put a lot of extra work into every detail to make cars look perfect. I`m extremely happy with the way my car came out and I know anyone who takes their car here will not be disappointed !!

I have an Audi Q5 which is less than a year old. My son got an accident on it with a damage on my right fender. My dog made a lot of scratches on the doors. There was a little dent on one door too. For a less than a year old car, I felt so bad with all these damages. So I took my car to this shop, got a quote for $500 just to fix the fender. Then I asked the owner if he could fix the other minor ones, he said he woul... view mored charge me for another $200. I said that was a lot of money. Then he said, OK, I will fix them for free, I will try my best to get rid of the dog scratches. Today, I picked up my car, it is almost like a brand new car again except some scratches can be only seen under the reflections which is nothing. This is the shop that I will rely on in the future if my car`s paint or body gets old. They are so good and the service did not take long, only two days for my stuff.

The owner Daryl, treats you like a human being. Appointments are scheduled, and that schedule is held to. Normal work is done in a day or two with excellent results. I`ve been using this shop for the past 5 years for both my muscle cars(6) and my daily drivers(3), with terrific results. i couldn`t recommend this shop more highly. Always reasonable and trustworthy.
