I bought my Nissan Maxima at B...

I bought my Nissan Maxima at Bespoke Auto a couple of years ago. I really liked the way I was treated there and the car has been good to me. We recently went back to them to buy my son`s first car and had a very similar experience. They actually remembered who I was! The car we bought this time was slightly over our budget but it was money well spent.

We`ve bought 2 cars from them over the past 2 years. We`ve been very happy both with the cars and the way we were treated. What we paid was slightly above the market average but I feel it has been money well spent.

Very bad dealers

Bespoke auto dealers are cheaters.I wanted to buy an Audi so I went to them. They showed me the car and told me that its a great car.They have polished the car well from outside. car was lloking nice the tires and exteriors.Once I bought the car IT STARTED GIVING ME PROBLEMS.After driving off the car for one and half month, the engine light came on.Took the car back but they said its not there problem. They are thief... view mores.After that I took the car to an Audi dealer, they checked the car and wanted $ 3000 to fix this car. They sold me a very bad car with so many issues. the pump that sends air to the combustion was dead and held with zip ties to the engine, both catalytic converters were ripped off the car. The car was $8000, the repairs $3,000. Dealer never answered the phone again nor showed up.it`s been a year and the car never passed inspection the second time after many many repairs. I got ripped off and by reading the reviews here and there it looks like that`s what these dealer at bespoke auto. Stay away from them!

They are the worst car dealers...

They are the worst car dealers. There cars are good only till warranty period. I have purchased a car from them and regreting since then. When my car broke down after 3 month of purchase, I called them for help/guidance but they replied very badly saying that its my proplem. I tried to put lots of money in the repair but every time there was a new problem. In end, I have to sell my car at 70% of its cost. So please b... view moree aware of these fraud people.

Biggest Possible Cheaters!! Please Avoid!

I am god fearing guy and I hate giving bad reviews as sometimes these are personal opinions and could be due to an exception. But believe me these guys are the most corrupt dealer. There cars have best possible exteriors but later as you drive you start facing problems. I purchased a car through them and with in 2 months, I took it 4 times to mechanics and already put $2700 on its repair. These guys are very rude and... view more have worst after sales service. don`t trust him

I`ve bought the car at his business. He was speaking a lot, he promised few things and... It cost me about 500USD. there was water in the tire (?!), there was oil leakage (he promised fix it). If you want the same buy a car at bespoke if not... go somewhere else. Don`t trast him and his ""garage""
