1.They didn`t seem to know what options are standard on my car.
2. When I had a problem after installation, they made me wait over 2 weeks to get it fixed.
3. They then charged extra for something which, in my opinion, they should have done right to begin with.
I would not recommend them to anyone looking for good, prompt service.

Poor install bad prices

Dont go there many other options in pittsfield. I would go to BestBuy before pro Audio. Had an Alarm insttalled there a week ago. Doesn`t work, poor install, high prices, crappy workers.
